Back Hatch not opening?

The back hatch will not open. Is there a front unlock button in it somewhere? I have heard it does, but I have not found it. Please help!

So, there is a switch inside the liftgate, but you will need to remove the inner trim panel from inside the car, here are some instructions in the images below you can check out to help you do the job, please let us know how it goes.
