back fires and low power when pushing the throttle

I started the Tahoe up the other day and it ran fine idling when I gave it gas it had very little power so I gave it more it started back firing and cutting out I replaced the spark plugs wires and cap and rotor

scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge first 60-66 psi at rail
