Diagnostic fault codes never say to replace parts or that one is bad. They only indicate the circuit or system that needs further diagnosis, or the unacceptable condition. In this case the exhaust gas is staying lean, and that is being detected by a properly-working oxygen sensor. Replacing the sensor is not going to solve anything.
