Axle/Wheel Torque Specs needed?

I'm going to be replacing the CV axles on my vehicle listed above and I need the torque specs for the axle and wheel bolts, as well as any suspension bolts, I'll be loosening. I don't have a manual for this car anymore. Thanks!
