There is a bad grinding coming from the front of the vehicle while moving. I put it on stands and the right front was not spinning with the other wheels while in drive. I replaced both front wheel bearings about a year ago. I was curious if you had any suggestions or have dealt with a similar issue before?Thank you

Unless the vehicle has a true posi-traction differential, only one wheel will spin and that will be the one with the least resistance.

Although you replaced the wheel bearings, they don't last too long. Is there any change in the tone or pitch of the noise when turning or using the brakes? Often times a wheel bearing will change pitch when you make a turn. Also, if it is a brake related issue, applying the brakes should also change the noise.

When you had it up, did you check for play in the wheel bearing? Also, do the brake rotors have any indication that they are being damaged by a worn brake pad?

Next, check and confirm that one of the brake rotor backing plates isn't bent and rubbing the rotor when the wheel is turning.
