AVALON KNOCK SENSOR HARNESS REPLACE

Hello i am changing out my 2 knock sensors, and the knock sensors Wiring Harness question is how do i disconnect the harness from the engine block do i press the tab in, or do i push the tab out? i have push and pulled with no success, it's confusing to me please explain THANKS

IT is hard to tell from this image but it looks like the harness may not separate there. Usually it is disconnected at the knock sensor. But if it does disconnect there I would try pushing the tab downwards. This will be the small tab inside the connector housing. Let me know how it goes

hello it has to connect there the other end goes to the sensors which i all ready disconnected and the new harness connection end measures about right there. i took a break from working on the car
when i get it louse i will let you know and THANKS FOR RESPONDING
