Good morning my name is Roy and I will assist.

The Advance Trac light is part of the ABS module. It has stored a fault code in the system. We need the code to help narrow the area of failure. Check with parts stores to see if they have the ability to read these codes. Not all parts stores have a code reader to read other systems than the engine.

The loose steering, you need to check the front steering system. There is something worn that is giving you this play. The inner and out tie rods are common for this. You can jack one wheel up at a time and grab the wheel at 9 o'clock position and 3 o'clock position and see if there is any play.

Try this and report back with the results.
