Aux jack pushed in

I went to plug in my phone to the aux connector and it just pushed in. I need to know how to get a hold of it again. what to remove to get at it? Thanks

It looks as if the outer body lifts out of the console, get a small flat screw driver and carefully see if it lifts out. i would be thinking that you will need a replacement but you will see what has come loose or broken with the body of the plug removed.

If not the console will have to be removed to access the plug.
