This car's engine was replaced with a 2000 Mitsubishi gallant engine and now the automatic transmission keeps reviving up once it is in gear three before engaging and revs up at exactly 50 km/hour then same thing when slowing down too.

Hello JADDUN,

If you decide you would like to conduct the scan yourself here is a link to an article that features written step by step instructions and pictures explaining how to do the scan yourself, also I have included a link to our YouTube channel with a how to video on code scanning. Most scanners are inexpensive to purchase, you can purchase one online from sites like Amazon.com

We do not have those number codes for that year so you must be not In USA with that many codes check battery for condition including load test as they may be false codes due to a weak battery.

Please clear the codes and then drive it for a short time and regather codes, we are just trying to get the most prevalent codes first. This will help narrow the problem down.

Please let us know what you find so it will help others.

Best, Ken

Same codes reappear or maybe it refused to clear. But I read in the manual that if the output shaft speed sensor is recorded 4 times it goes into a fail safe mode @ gear 3. So maybe that's what has happened. Just maybe

Then try to replace it or check for wiring shorting out. But with your miles i'd think it would be more of a clutch pak bad and trans slipping
