I need to replace the ACDelco 15718023 Automatic Transmission Oil Cooler Line Fitting. I can't find this part anywhere. NAPA and Dorman replacements don't fit. What can I do?
1995 Chevy Suburban K2500 5.7L L480E Transmission.
The new ACDelco transmission line will not fit into this connector.

It sounds like the cooler line was updated. I would call the dealer to get the new fitting, no aftermarket auto parts will have this fitting. Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.

Thanks, but no dealers have the OEM GM part number 15718023. And they can't order it. The aftermarket parts from NAPA and Dorman don't fit. They are very close. The threaded side fits, but the side that accepts the hose with the 'C-Clamp' is too small.

Maybe a machine shop can help you. I would call around to see.
