automatic gear not change

hi sir
my car a 160 avengarde automatic . when I put on D my car move but not change gear automatic stay on first gear , I drive on reverse as normal .

please cane you advise me what problem. thank you

is the check engine light on??

it could be electrical or an internal failure in the trans.

engine light off.but sas light on +esp light on + bump signet on
