Yes, I can hear the motor trying to work for my driver's side window but the window is stuck in the down position and it's all the way down. Not sure I should experiment with removing panel and all without a new regulator? Is it possible the window is misaligned and simply not in the proper position to be lifted "up" since I can hear the motor working? I have no testing equipment to isolate where the link is and was hoping if I removed panel, the window would simply need to be put back into position and function with motor I can hear. I've watched numerous You Tube videos but I don't seem to see anyone discussing options if you CAN hear the motor working.

if the motor is working then the regulator has failed. there is no putting the window back on track as this does not happen with the newer cars.

Here is a guide to show you what you are i for when doing the job.

you can get the regulator on Amazon.

If the regulator is okay there is a DDM driver door module inside the door which gets wet and goes out. This can cause the issue as well.
