This vehicle has a four speed auto transmission. When reaching speeds of 100 kmh the revs reach to around 4000. Is this normal or is there something wrong with the automatic transmission reaching top gear?

We do not get that exact vehicle here, but it was sold under Dodge/Plymouth as a Colt Vista Wagon with simple badge changes.

100 kmh is about 62 mph. Normally at that speed you usually do not see much over 2,500 rpm's if the transmission is in high and the converter is locked. I doubt it is normal for that vehicle either. No real good chart on it, but I would take it in to be checked.
