Transmission not working

auto transmission no gears at all. no forward or reverse.

Any time we have a transmission issue of no movement, we need to do two things.

First and foremost is check for codes.

If we have codes, then that will take us in the right direction.

Second, even if you have codes, we need to check the fluid level and condition.

Once we know the condition and level of the fluid then that will be a sign of next steps.

So, if there are no codes and the fluid is ok, then we need to check the pressure in the unit. I am attaching the complete test below for your review.
