I want to swap my four speed automatic to a five speed manual, is it possible?

If that vehicle ever had a manual transmission, then yes. It never did, so no.

Ok what bout a motor and trans swap I wanna make it 5 speed one way or the other could I do a 5.0L 5speed motor and trans swap??
