The audible alarm, ding ding ding, wont shut off in my car. I changed batteries and there are other messasges displayed on the dash such as air bag, parking brake. When I depressed the parking brake lever to release the brake, something snapped, broke. There is no resistance now on the parking brake pedal. How can I shut this alarm off? I don't want to fix the air bag or parking brake. It is a 1500.$ car. Thx. Notapro Mike

you try hitting parking brake release if a handle then pull pedal up otherwise you'll have to grab parking brake cable with vice grips and pull cable to reset it.

Thanks. I will try it. On my other Bonneville the right side rear taillights quit working. The left side works fine. Are these fused separately? What fuse is it? I have 1fusebox under the hood on the passenger side and 1 under the backseat but none are labeled for the taillights. Thx. Mike
