My horn stopped working. I don't know how to troubleshoot. When I asked the dealer, they said it would be to expensive to fix. Please help.

Remove horn connector, use a voltmeter and have someone depress horn button while you measure voltage at harness connector, if you have 12V, then horn is bad, OR a bad ground.
If you do not have voltage at harness connector, then look at fuse, if OK, then check relay (depress horn button and relay should click).
Next possibility would be horn switch.

Check first the fuse, then the presence of voltage at the horn while the button is being pushed. Test the power wire at the horn while pushing the button. The test lamp should light.
