2001 Audi TT Question convertible top repair

my top, which is in great shape, has a 3" section where the top has separated from the glass. can you recommend a product that can be used to glue the top and glass together to prevent leaking?

Your best bet is to go to an upholstery shop. Most likely they will recommend replacing the glass, but they may have an adhesive that can hold up to those demands.
