Transmission lost Reverse, 1st and 2nd gear. It acts as though there is nothing there. Does the transmission come apart first or does the bell housing have to be removed with the transmission to remove it from the motor to work on it. I took all the bolts out of the transmission where it is attached to the bell housing and not sure if it will come apart there without taking the bell housing bolts out of the engine.
