Tried to change brake light, put brake light in the old bulb was burnt a little.
now brake light does not work at all.
person standing near car pulled out fuse for the brake lights the car dies so I put the fuse back in and car started up again, but now car stuck in park.
when I purchased the car the dude said do not lift the hatch bake or the brake light will go out, make sure you have fuses in the car.
but, the brake light had burnt out so I tried to change it. For now I just need to move the car because it is in a no parking zone.

The brake light fuse won't stop the engine from running. I suspect you're reading the wrong label for the fuse. The no-brake-lights and the stuck-in-park symptoms are both caused by a blown brake light fuse that is most likely in the fuse box inside the car.

To address the blowing fuse, look for a wiring harness between the hinges for whatever you're opening. You're going to find frayed or broken wires there. I can describe how I repair those.
