If you are trying to lower the car after market spring kits are available every where, even at general parts stores like Advance Auto, and they are far safer as they are very specific as to how low they go.
The problem you may run into here is the S4 is a 4,300 lbs monster of a car and will probably crush the springs from the coupe.
If money is tight just chop your factory springs to the height you want.
I am not sure about the mounting plates though I would assume that you would need something more hefty for the heavier car.
