2000 Audi Quattro car doesn't blow very hot heat

the heater used to work great as of late,all the controls work fine but the heater doesn't blow very hot air.also my coolant temperature needle also shows the car running cooler than the normal temperature used to be.

Replace the thermostat-the reason why its getting cooler is the thermostat is not doing its job its probably stuck open-also not providing more heated coolant to the heater core where you get your heat from.
