I just found out a broken front bumper part?

I just found out a broken front bumper part and also a dent in some other protection that i don't know what it is or do i need to worry about this.

The dent and the protective part is show in the picture if somebody knows what it is.

The part is in right side and bottom.

That damage is no worries. You should be fine and able to drive the car. Although you have bumper damage it does not look like the part you are concerned about has broken which is called a lower front fender well valance for the passenger's side.
