IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE 2L 16 V 5 CYL ENGINE TO A DIESEL ENGINE, PREFERIBLY A 2L TDI 4 WHEEL DRIVE

I passed this on to an Audi Tech, and he says that this is not possible.
