I need your help!

My cooling fans are not running. I checked all my fuses and they are okay. I check relays #11 on the main panel and #18 under the steering wheel. They are functional. I bypassed the relays and turned the fans on directly but the car is still overheating, which tells me that my thermostat is probably stuck closed.

I have two questions!

1. If the thermostat is bad, would this cause the fans not to come on?

2. Can you tell me where the themostat is located either by telling in detail or by possible sending me a diagram.

I would appreciate any help you can give me!

Thanks for all your help ove the past few days!
