1995 Audi Cabriolet Gas smell inside vehicle

There is a strong smell of gas inside my car. Appears to be there even when car not running. It is very strong when I open the trunk. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Have the entire fuel system checked for leaks, fuel lines, both hard and soft, fuel filter, injector seals, fuel rail, fuel pump seal at the tank.

Have this done quickly, gas leaks are dangerous and should not be ignored.
