Audi a6 windows, sunroof, interior lights won't work.

I have a 1998 audi a6, my windows, sunroof, door locks, trunk lights, and interior lights wouldn't work, I checked all fuses on driver side under panel. But everything looked fine. So I replaced my comfort control module, I've heard this can stop all of those things from working. When I replaced the module my door locks and trunk lights started working. But still no windows, sunroof, or interior lights. Is there a relay for my windows? I'm lost. I've checked about everything it can think of.
