2002 Audi A6 nOISE

Steering problem
2002 Audi A6 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive 144500 miles

I have changed the tensioner and belts (twice) on my A6 and it is still making a noise when making a tight turn in carpark or turning areas, any ideas ?
