2002 Audi A6 2002 Audi A6 Q 3.0L Check Engine P0141 & P

I just purchased this A6, second day it got the Check Engine light on. Ran fine, Auto Zone checked and got P0141 and I think P0147 trouble codes. P0141 appears to be an O2 sensor, but can not get any info on the P0147 (unless I misunderstood them).
I had the car about a month and now the Idle is very rough and it appears to want to die especially when stopping or at red lights.

Both these codes are related to the O2 sensor, i feel that the second code P0147 may be incorrect, as i am sure that there should only be 1 O2 code available for this car, best to go get a re test and note down the codes, we don't want to go looking for something that is not there, re post your findings here for more advice.
