2001 Audi A6 The car won't comunicate with any scaner.

Electrical problem
2001 Audi A6 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a audi a6 ,2.7 turbo and it does not permit me acces to the computer.I have 3 diferents scanners and one of them is a audi scanner and they cannot conect with the car.I already have disconected the abs computer and the trany computer and it still does not conect help please

Did you check pin 16 at the datalink connector for voltage, should be hot all the time? Voltage comes from fuse 12--10 amp, fuse panel, left side of dash. Pins 4 & 5 are grounds, check them also.

thankyou very much ,yes i already cheked that and yes i have the 2 voltages and ground ,but still won't conect

hey i disconetcted the abs control module under the carpet on passanger side and that was it
