Blinkers stop working. Yesterday they would blink once. Changed fuse today. Any answers?

Suspect faulty flasher relay. The flasher relay is located behind the lower left side dash panel/knee bar.
REMOVAL/INSTALLATION:
Remove the lower dash panel/knee bar to access the flasher relay.
Remove the relay from the electrical connector and replace as necessary.
Installation reverse of removal procedures.
