2000 Audi A6 Do I need a special Audi tool to change front

I am considering an at-home front half-shaft assembly change on my 2000 A6 and I would like to ask if there is a special tool needed to get the half-shaft out of the transmission. Please let me know.

No special tool needed just LARGE screwdriver or pry bar
