1999 Audi A6 rear brake caliper brake hose

I am working on the rear brakes and have new rotors and pads and need to know how to remove the caliper hose at the frame connection

Thank you for the donation.

When working on the brakes, there is no necessity to remove the hose unless you are changing it.

Disconnect the hose at caliper end by removing the banjo bolt and washers.
Loosen the nut at the body end. Remove the clip holding the hose in position and you can turn the hose out.
