1998 Audi A6 Starting after fueling

When fuel is added the car has trouble starting. Its not the starter because you can hear it trying to start. It does eventually turn over but one time it had to sit for a few days.

Got a faulty vent valve located on filler neck. It vents fumes to evap canister in engine compartment. Valev is allowing liquid gas to flow into line to evap. So it floods engine after you add fuel.
