2002 Audi A4 All Wheel Drive Automatic 100000 miles

I kno you all are mechanics but i was wondering if you guys could help me out with a price range on an audi A4 around 2002 or 2003 year range... i am not sure what price is suitable for this type of car with a mileage of around 100000 miles?? any help is greatly appreciated
