2002 Audi A4 10000 miles

I have a 2002 audi A4 in the 100,000 mileage range. I was driving and the vehicle was running fine, until i hit loose gravel road. then after that the vehicle started shaking immensely if my mileage was in the range of 30-45. Any time i stepped on the gas to increase the speed the vehicle would shake until i reached about 45 or 50 miph. What could be wrong? It brakes fine. it runs neutral great. the only time it shakes is if i step on the gas to speed up between the 30-45 mph range. i turned my vehicle off and then back on. and it shook a little but not as much as when i drive. can you help me please?

I would go have the tires rebalanced and rotated and see if that helps. You may have hit a bump on that gravel road and it may have caused the tire to loose a weight. Let me know how this goes. Thanks
