2000 Audi A4 ac is not cooling

the ac is not cooling in the car. Is there a relay for the magnetic clutch? How can I troubleshoot the problem?

there is a high pressure/low pressure switch on the condenser if the pressure is to low the compressor and the cooling fan won't turn on,so check the system for enough pressure
