I have a 1998 audi A4 turbo edition the car blows a horrible black smoke at idel i took it to a shop to have it looked at they told me it had a bad turbo i would like a second opinion the car gets up to 70 at most and burns oil and i dont know anything about foreign cars can you please help me?

the burning of the oil could be caused from bad bearings in the turbo now the black smoke that you are seeing at ide is most likely low fuel pressure
