1997 Audi A4 wiper fluid

Over the past month my wiper fluid stop squirting out,gradually. Now nothing comes out, checked the fuse and filled the basin up. is there a motor that sends it to the hood or what?thanks

Hi there.

yes there is a small pump normally fitted to the reservoir. If you can hear it working, check that the nozzles are not blocked. Often dry fluid additives can block the nozzle and this can be cleared with a fine pin.
