1997 Audi A4 oil leaking into 3 cylinders

i have found that my audi was running like it was in the wrong gear so i took out the spark plughs and found that i have oil in 3 of the cylinders is this and new engine or simple to to get fixed

Just need to replace valve cover gasket and spark plug seals. Fel Pro Valve Cover Gasket Set VS50531R
