1997 Audi A4 oil leaking into 3 cylinders

I have found that my audi was running like it was in the wrong gear so I took out the spark plughs and found that I have oil in 3 of the cylinders is this and new engine or simple to to get fixed

Just need to replace valve cover gasket and spark plug seals.
