1997 Audi A4 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual 170.00 miles

I hear a faint knocking when my car is running what can it be? May it be the fog pump?

Hi there,

Best you get a mechanic to listen to this noise, not to sure what you mean by a fog pump???? it may be a noisy lifter but it will needed to be heard first.
