1996 Audi A4 Speedometer and Tachometer both stopped workin

While driving recently The Tach and Speedometer
both stopped working at the same time, nothing
else is effected. Could this possibly be a fuse problem
if so where would the fuse be.

The fuses for the instrument panel are in the main panel on the driver's side of the dashboard.
