2004 aero compressor not working

Hi, my 2004 aero suzuki a/c stop working. First the compressor just shuts off and on. Now it just hot all the time. I had check all the fuses and connections which is good. I have check the pressure and freon is good. Am I missing something? Please Help.

replace the compressor ..
