How do you tighten up handbrake cacle

Sometimes its right there underneath the brake handle or underneath if its has an equalizer bar where both cables meet.

I bought the precious Audi A2 car last year. I was facing some problems but now i get rid of those problems through the Specified service center for Audi cars. Thank you..
