attaching new spark plug wires diagram of sequence

A friend unhooked the spark plug wires and I replaced the spark plugs. Now I don't know the sequence for the new wires, and I need a diagram and the firing sequence. Thank you so much for your help. David

Hi:

We would be happy to help and provide the directions/pics, However, we need to know the engine size. There were two options, a 3.8 V6 or a 5.7 V8.

You don't state the engine, but since your looking for the firing order of spark plugs it is likely the 3.8 v6, as the v8 had 8 coils with very short plug wires, one above every cylinder. The firing order and wire info is as follows for the V6:

Driver Side would be cylinders 1,3,5
Passenger side would be cylinders 2,4,6

The firing order is 1-6-5-4-3-2
