ATF fluid transmission slipping

My transmission was slipping and not accelerating. so I checked transmission fluid it was very low. transmission was slipping bad could not get over thirty mph at times. Bought transmission fluid put two quarts in. What do I do now?

If the transmission oil level is now correct and it is still slipping, there will be an internal problem with clutches or servos, this will have to be checked out first hand by a trans tech with specialized equipment, get a quote before authorizing any work, so you know what you are up for in costs.
