ATC blows

The ATC fuse blows when I put the transmission in drive.

Hello,

That fuse runs the transfer case control module. Can you please unplug the encoder to see if is still blows? Here is the location. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
