Astra 2003 ticking over too loudly

When I start my Astra 2003 SX1 16v, it seems to be ticking over too loudly , it is fine when it is running, acceleration is fine, also loud when idling? Please help!

Get the idle oil pressure checked, is it worse when hot and not so bad cold when you first start up in the morning?
