Are the lifters adjustable on my vehicle

I have the vehicle listed above with the v6 and the lifters are making a lot noise. Are they adjustable? If so what is the order of adjustment?

No, there is adjustments for the valves for this engine at all. These engines are equipped with hydraulic lash adjusters. No adjustments are required. What is your concern? Roy
